Terms and Conditions

1. For payment with deposit, balance payment must be made within 1 week after we informed you that item has arrived; or your deposit will be FORFEITED.

2. IF somehow the item becomes unavailable after you have made payment; we will refund your money in FULL. However, once payment is made; order is not cancelable/changeable under any circumstances.

3. Normally, shipment from US to Malaysia will take about 3-4 weeks time but there might be some slight delay in shipment (+/- 1 week). Kindly please be PATIENT. If you're not willing to wait, please do not place order. We will of course inform you accordingly should there be any delay in the shipment.

4. We will provide buyer with Pos Laju tracking number after items has been sent out.

5. Seller will not be responsible for any lost or damage of items during shipping (by Pos Laju).

6. All sales are FINAL. No warranty, refundable, exchangeable and returnable for all items.
